Since the mid noughties the Frame Factory has offered a Giclee printing service, enabling artists to turn their originals into limited edition fine art prints.

Original artwork is scanned and colour proofed with our printers expert eye, then printed onto an acid free, slightly textured 310gsm alpha/cotton mix paper using archival inks. Alternatively the image can be printed onto a 350gsm poly-cotton canvas which is then coated with a UV filtering varnish and stretched onto a kiln dried pine stretcher frame to create a ready to hang print on canvas.

We also print onto a silk finish resin paper at 271gsm which has a UV protective coating giving it a high degree of fade resistance.
